7. Google API Services and User Data

AI Exchange Club integrates with Google APIs (including Google Analytics Data API and Google Search Console API) to allow sellers to voluntarily connect their Google accounts for the purpose of verifying website traffic metrics reported in their business listings.

Data we access

With explicit seller authorization via Google's OAuth consent flow, we access read-only Google Analytics and Search Console data associated with the seller's connected property, including sessions, users, pageviews, and search performance metrics.

How we use this data

This data is used solely to display verified traffic metrics on the seller's business listing for prospective buyers during due diligence. We do not modify, delete, or take any action on the seller's Google account beyond reading this reporting data.

Limited Use disclosure

AI Exchange Club's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell, transfer, or share this data with third parties except as necessary to provide the verification feature described above.

Revoking access

Sellers may revoke AI Exchange Club's access to their Google account at any time via their Google Account permissions settings.

Retention

Google-derived traffic data is retained for as long as the associated listing remains active on our platform, or until the seller revokes access, whichever comes first.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

9. International Transfers
